Baby Steps Daily Update

I have relapsed horribly  on my Baby Steps, but I’m back at it this week.  I will try to convey each update with a photo so that I don’t step on the toes of the wonderful FlyLady!

Being bipolar means that routines help me quite a bit.  So, here’s to starting over and coping mechanisms!

I have to admit that this felt wonderful.  Let’s hope it lasts!  Forgive the darkness.  It was after dark yesterday by the time I had gotten around to it.
